Want to be a little more selective to the birds eating at your feeder?

Squirrel guards fit over most tube feeders.  They are simply a cage that allows the smaller birds to enter and find the seed. Larger birds, like cardinals and jays won't fit and will be left outside.  This also prevents squirrels and chipmucks from finding their way to the seed.

You may ask, "How can a bird fit through that little hole."  The smaller birds (chickadees, sparrows, finch, etc) have no problem.  When selecting a house for their nest, they prefer a house with a hole less than one inch.  Entry is not a problem for them.
